Why did I come to Keller Williams?
Easy. Previously I was with Russ Lyon Realty. Russ Lyon is a great company - yet I was lacking in the depth training that I have received with Keller Williams. Also, at Russ Lyon as a new agent the opportunities were limited and at Keller Williams I am now a business partner to a fast moving team - I feel part of something much bigger than just being an agent out there on my own. Why did I come to Keller Williams?
I had been in sales my entire life. Sales came easy for me and I wasn't about to give up my commissions to a broker! I selected a 100% company when I got my license and though I made a lot of money out of the shoot, I felt empty. I felt like a salesperson and it always seemed that I had to move on to the next sale. I wanted to build something substantial and be a business owner. Now I have one of the fastest growing teams in our market center. I couldn't have done it without Keller Williams. There are 6 or 7 ways to make money in Keller Williams and I plan on plugging into each one of them before it is over. I also love the people and the sharing culture! ~ Michelle Shelton
